One of the biggest upgrades? We relocated the washer and dryer from the basement into the kitchen and tucked them neatly into custom cabinetry. Not only does this make laundry more convenient—it also adds valuable storage and maintains a clean, cohesive aesthetic.
The layout includes both a large kitchen island and a peninsula, offering ample space for food prep, casual dining, or unwinding with friends over a glass of wine. The wine refrigerator and wet bar, seamlessly integrated into the kitchen, make entertaining simple and stylish.
