Designed with care and crafted with intention, this ADA bathroom renovation in Glenville, NY brings together modern accessibility and timeless elegance.

This thoughtful ADA-accessible bathroom renovation in Glenville, NY was designed to prioritize independence, safety, and long-term comfort—without sacrificing modern style. The homeowner needed a space that would accommodate changing mobility needs while still feeling like a peaceful, beautiful retreat.

Key accessibility upgrades include a curbless walk-in shower, which allows for easy roll-in access and seamless navigation. Strategically placed grab bars enhance safety, providing support without overwhelming the visual design. The shower features custom mosaic tile niches that are both functional and elegant, adding a layer of craftsmanship to the space.

The new double-sink vanity was designed with both storage and accessibility in mind, offering easy access to daily essentials. We also widened the doorways to allow for barrier-free movement throughout the bathroom.

The overall design features a calming, neutral color palette, warm textures, and a spa-inspired feel—ensuring the space feels like a sanctuary while supporting the client’s current and future needs.

Schrader and Co. is proud to present the Pro Manor Custom Kitchen—an elegant, expertly crafted space in Saratoga, New York that reflects our passion for timeless design and superior craftsmanship.

We all understand the power of a thoughtfully designed space—one that tames clutter, conceals the mess, and brings order to the constant flow of “stuff” in our lives. Few rooms need that more than the kitchen, the heart of any home. That’s why this project was such a rewarding one for our team. In this spacious kitchen renovation, no detail was overlooked. Together with our clients, we focused on smart storage, seamless function, and timeless design—creating a kitchen that feels as good as it looks.

The original kitchen had great bones—a large footprint that just needed to be re-imagined for today’s lifestyle. Our team relocated the washer and dryer from the basement to the kitchen, building custom cabinetry that discreetly hides the appliances while adding valuable storage. A generous island and peninsula provide ample workspace, perfect for preparing meals, gathering with family, or sharing a glass of wine with friends.

We also added standout features like a chef’s pantry, spice organization, produce drawers, and a beautifully integrated wet bar with wine refrigerator—bringing both everyday function and entertaining ease to the space. Throughout the kitchen, miles of custom cabinetry anchor the design. The contrast between sleek quartz counters and warm Barroca soapstone adds elegance and depth, while the layered textures create a space that’s both welcoming and sophisticated.

It was a true team effort—combining craftsmanship, creativity, and collaboration.

Anchored by deep sage cabinetry and adorned with warm brass fixtures, the vanity becomes a statement of subdued luxury. A lush botanical wallpaper brings life and movement to the space, while the black stone countertop offers contrast and grounding presence. Every element — from the arched mirror to the gold wall sconces — was curated to elevate the room’s ambiance while ensuring practical day-to-day use.

The shower continues the visual language of modern classicism. Clean white vertical tilework adds subtle texture and light, acting as a crisp backdrop to the brushed brass fixtures — a harmonious echo of the vanity’s detailing. Together, these elements create a unified, serene retreat.

This transformation exemplifies how thoughtful design and quality craftsmanship can breathe new life into a space — where every detail feels intentional, elegant, and enduring.
