We recently hosted a private chef dinner with Adam Foti of the new (and gorgeous!) PDT Market in Saratoga, for the winning bidders of our prize at The Boys and Girls Clubs of Schenectady Annual Fall Fling.

The event, held in support of this wonderful local organization, featured a live auction, and Schrader and Company was pleased to offer a private dinner in our showroom in collaboration with Chef Foti, with whom we have been privileged to work many times.

The dinner for ten featured a five-course bespoke menu and wine pairings for each course. Our guests thoroughly enjoyed the delicious meal and beautiful atmosphere. Their generous donation to The Boys and Girls Clubs of Schenectady will go to support their vital work in our communities, promoting the social, educational, and physical well-being of youth in our region.
