Steve Cousineau

About Steve

Steve graduated from Nyack College with a B.S. in Organizational Management. After college, he worked in Pharmaceutical Sales while also serving as an aviation officer in the Air National Guard. Steve found the community service the guard provided to be a calling and transitioned to full time status for the remainder of his military career. With his sales background, logistics experience, and growing up in a family of tradesmen, moving into construction sales and planning was a natural progression.

Erin Loiacono

About Erin

Erin joined the company in 2018 in an official capacity, but this is not her first time here. While attending school, Erin worked first in the office and as soon as she was old enough to use power tools (a milestone she found more exciting than reaching the age old enough to drive) she was out working on job sites. Her career path took her elsewhere for a time and she is thrilled to be back.

Erin has had the benefit of seeing the company from another side as well, as a client. When Erin and her husband made the decision to purchase the beloved home of Erin’s Grandparents, they knew that there were more than a few updates and changes that were both necessary and desired to create the setting for the dream of their family home. They also knew there was no better team to entrust with their dream.

On her own time

  • Loves reading, crafting, and art projects
  • Wandering around in the woods, through the snow, or along a lake shoreline
  • But mostly, turning to her two small children and enjoying their experience with the above activities

Lynn Payzant

About Lynn

Joining us in 2018, Lynn is a very visible addition to our team. She’ll be known to our clients and contacts as the face and voice of the office in her role as Office Administrator, and we couldn’t be more pleased about that. Lynn is positive, outgoing, and professional and we know you’ll enjoy working with her as much as we do.

On her own time

  • Loves to cook and bake and has an addiction to recipes/cookbooks
  • Is a running, hiking, and backpacking enthusiast
  • Loves to hike and has completed the Fire Tower Challenge, Cranberry Lake 50 mile Challenge, Saranac Ultra 6er, and is an Adirondack 46er!
  • Love spending time with family and friends
  • Lives on property that has been in her family for over 100 years!

Sean Kelly

About Sean

Sean graduated from the University of Albany with a degree in economics, but grew restless working at a desk in the finance world. He looked for a more fulfilling job in construction. In 2019, he joined the company as an Apprentice Carpenter. Sean loves working with his hands and the satisfaction of a job well done. Sean is eagerly learning the skill sets required to be a successful carpenter. Schrader and Company is excited that Sean decided to trade in the desk job for a career in home remodeling!

  • Takes pride in his chickens and garden
  • Enjoys hiking with his family and their dogs
  • Active member of his church, volunteering as the drummer of the worship team
